At YoniDa’Punani, your health is our number one priority; therefore, for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of any of our products. All orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns/exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled. Should you have any missing or incorrect product, you have up to 48 hours after receiving your item(s) to contact customer service via email. Please attach a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip when sending your detailed email them to:

We advise if you are allergic to metals to not buy products made from that metal. We have metals of all kind so please read the descriptions of all the pieces.

All sales are final once order is placed. Due to sanitary reasons we are not accepting any returns.

We are not responsible if you don’t know how to put on your piercing and it results in you damaging the product or your piercing. We provide a lot of tips on our blogs, however, We advise you to go to a professional piercer if you need help.


Most of our products are brass, stainless steel surgical steel, copper and sterling silver. Before Purchasing read the description if it doesn’t provide the material

Before you put in a new piercings please make sure it is fully healed, and you clean around the area before putting in your new piece from YonidaPunani.

Please do not use cotton, it can get stuck in your piercing and cause infection.

Please make sure your hands are clean from chemicals, dirt. makeup and anything that can cause a irritation or reaction to the piercing or your skin.


If you have sensitive skin we advise you to stay with our hypoallergenic jewelry.

By placing a order, you agree that if a fraudulent order results then this statement can be used against you as evidence that you knew what you purchased.

Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise, no exceptions. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase, and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies; this includes missing or incorrect items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the packing slip, along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to customercare@yonidapunani.com If the packing sheet is not available, we will only issue a store credit for items that were damaged or missing from the order. The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for.

 

Due to Covid no returns or exchanges or returns will be accepted unless you were sent the wrong item. You will have 48 hours after receiving your item(s) to email us if anything is wrong.
